Premium came out and repaired both my washing machine and dryer. They called 30 mins ahead of time to let me know they were coming. The technician Ted was very knowledgeable and professional. Both units work great and it cost me a lot less than buying a new one. I would use them again!!

We've used Premium Appliance Repair twice now (once for washer and now the dryer) and both times have been a great experience. I was nervous calling for an appliance repair because I never used one before and didn't know what to expect. Both times our technician was TED, he was on right on time for the appointment (early actually, he beat me to my house!) Was very nice, worked very clean and was able to determine what was wrong immediately and had my dryer working in minutes. Amazing. Found premier appliance repair online and gave them a shot. We had a washer slowly filling with water while not in use. When Ted assessed the situation (stacked washer and dryer), he had to call in 2 man crew to assist. Ted insisted they find a way to get a 2 man team to our house that same day.

The repair team of Ted and Jose came back that afternoon and took care of the situation by replacing the failed valve and hoses. They were professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
